Meet Dr. Jane Tornatore:

Coach, Therapist, Author & Speaker

Jane 3While in a top marriage and family therapy graduate program, I noticed that half the professors were divorced, and most of my fellow students (including me) were clinically depressed and/or anxious.

On top of that, I’d long been exhausted by a constant pressure to show up for others. Paralyzed with self-doubt. Unfocused. “Should-ing” on myself. Trying to be “perfect.” Not fully “owning” my knowing, my body, and my sensuality.

Clearly the methods we were learning and using were not consistently working.

So I set out to understand how we can live more joyful lives—with more self-love, self-compassion, and self-kindness.

I learned early on that if I didn’t accept myself for who I am, I would quickly get lost in being there for everyone—except myself.

This self-acceptance? It’s not selfish. Oh, no. Just the opposite.

When you love yourself more, you bring more love into the world. You have better boundaries. And you’re more at peace. It’s that simple. But only always.

This self-love, this self-acceptance, saved my life.

The result? You’re looking at it! Everyday Love.

My multi-disciplinary approach—a process that’s helped over 1,000 women and men—leads to our showing up as fully for ourselves as we do for everyone else.

And it includes a big tool box of practical, actionable ways to apply what you’re learning in the real world. So you can finally allow yourself to live the life you’ve longed for.
